So not feeling well right now. Having the flu and developing the cough pretty soon. T_T
It's really the wrong time to catch this sickness. I have to be at an event this Friday and from now on the final preparations will be underway so how can I work under such conditions? And I can't possible take leave when they need me. T_T I will try to keep this flu down.
Today I moved to a new Department and my contract is extended. Yeah!
First day, Monday, I spend it waiting and waiting and waiting. So boring. But the action comes in the afternoon when I followed two colleagues down to the school where the event on Friday is going to be taking place. We sat down in the meeting room for a while before going around the school to look at the facilities that we will be using on Friday. It was worth my day since I was getting involved in an event straight after joining. I feel it's the best way to learn. Hands on. ^_^ Will get it my best till the end of the event. "みんなよろしく"
Now let's recap from the time I left off.
Saturday, 5th Dec. The DAY OF THE EVENT AT THE HOTEL! I had to wake up early as usual. No prob there. Got my dad to send me to the hotel and I got there just nice to start the day. As usual "OEC" have to get on my case and was telling me what to do and all. I simply follow.
Registration went fine and all until misunderstandings arises. *My fault* It was all so last minute and with all the stress they put on me and without much guidance, I was left alone to handle the case and so I did mistakes. Knowing my crimes, I apologise. But both my officer and the "OEC" didn't let me off. What a scolding I got. T_T
Then things settled down and I get to have a bite or two. After lunch again problem arises. This time I really felt that it wasn't even my fault. T_T But what to do, "OEC" needed someone to shoot at, even my officer needed a 'blamer' so I was it. But it passed. The rest of the day went on fine. ^_^ Got a lift from a nice 'Kakak' and got home safely.
Monday was on 'Time Off' so I didn't go to the office. Instead I went to Orchard with my sis and we ate at SWENSENS. It's been a while and I had a really good time enjoying my meal. ^_^
Tuesday went to the office and did some loose end tie-ing. Data entry and stuffs. Sat in a meeting and was asked to prepare a presentation for Thursday. Went off on time. ^_^
Wednesday I was again on 'Time Off' so instead of going to the office I went for my dental appointment. And gosh was it expensive for just a 10min visit. Dentist earns a lot. $_$ Then in the afternoon I prepare the presentation that was needed the next day. I totally had a headache writing it since it has been a while since I last write a report or at least a proper presentation paper. @_@
Thursday I came in and help out with whatever that needed my help. Then I also had a little chat with people from my new department. Went home slightly later.
Friday was again 'Time Off' and I slack at home as I was too tired to do anything.
Saturday was spend mostly resting and although I did get quite a lot of rest, it can never seem to be enough. 9_9 The tiredness of the event and all the preparation can never seem to go away.
Sunday was spend in a really weird way. We had a PS3 game day. We spend almost four hours playing on the console.
I should really have used those free time to start on my new story but I wasn't feeling up to it. So I have to apologise to all my readers out there who are waiting for a new fic from me. But with this flu I have to apologise further as until I get better I guess I won't be writing. While writing this alone, I have used up quite an amount of tissue. T_T "ゆるして” I will get back to writing as soon as possible.
