1박 2일

The reality show of my life. Nope, this has nothing to do with the Korean show that I love watching. My reality show is way different from the show.

I was 2 days & 1 night out of Singapore. Went off on Wednesday and came back on Thursday. Had to wake up earlier than usual. An hour earlier which means I had an hour lesser of sleep. T_T I was so sleepy. I slept in my dad's car when I was on my way to the meeting point, the office building. However during the bus trip I didn't sleep at all. Wonder why?

We set off late thanks to a certain person who was late. He made us wait for him. #_# The journey to 2nd link was boring. Lucky I had my phone with me so that I could listen to my K-POP. We took quite a detour towards the 2nd link. What a journey. Once we got to the check-point it was horror as the reader could not read my thumb print. But it worked on the third try. @_@

The rest of the journey to the resort was quite slow and boring. It was also a bumpy ride. I was lucky I didn't throw out whatever I had that morning. Once we reached the resort, the first place I visit was the toilet. Wah luxury. The swimming pool was the next thing we saw and it was nice. Just nice for you to jump in and never want to come out. But it was too bad that there wasn't any time for that. T_T

The meeting started after a short tea break. Get food in before any form of discussion. Good thing to do. You can't think without injecting fuel into the body and the brain. However the discussion was heavy. Really heavy. It hurts my brain. Even now my brain is still in pain. I hope the discussion was fruitful. @_@

I have to say the company spends a lot on refreshments. We had tea break, lunch, another tea break and dinner on the first day and the second day we had breakfast, tea break, lunch and another tea break. Such luxury but weight gaining. I am now thinking of how to lose weight. Hmmm....

The room I spent the night in was nice and cosy. The bed was simply dreamy. Had to share the bed but it was ok since I have to share the bed in my room with my sis anyway. The room had a good view of the pool too. The air-con is always on so it really made the room a perfect place to chill. But it was too bad that I couldn't spend that much time in there. *Sigh* It wasn't much of a retreat at all.

The trip back was as tiring as the trip there. It was in the evening and everyone is simply tired. But the worst thing was that the next day is a working day. Like WTF? We had a tiring journey out of Singapore and the next day after coming back, we have to report back to the office. Like give us a break. It was really hell.

Now that I am back in Singapore, it's back to the harsh reality of work. I am in deep shit as next week, Wednesday, we have a briefing at night and I have not gotten any refreshment arrangement or confirmed number of attendees. I am so gonna get screamed at on Monday.

I need more help than I thought. T_T
