Today my mom turns 56.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM! LOVE YOU MUCH!
I was supposed to buy the cake but i had a change of plans for the day and so i checked with my younger bro on whether he can get the cake if he is coming home the usual evening time.
He didn't know that it was mom's birthday. Ha ha. Anyway he had to get my dad to fetch him since he has the cake. No prob with that. I told him that i would split the cost and i did pay him my share.
The funny thing when he came home with the cake was that he asked the shop to give him 5big and 9 small candles. How could he forget mom's age. It was so laughable. He even thought that 59 was not the correct age. He thought that mom was older. How could he. But he said the weirdest thing... "I feel so old." Ha ha ha. Maybe because he's doing a lot of stuff and feel the stress of it all. Ha ha ha.
We cut the cake and eat and wish mom happy birthday. Dunno whether she felt touched. Hope she did. After all we did cause a lot of trouble and worry for her. It's the least we could do for her birthday.
