The time for me to fully take over にさ's place is getting near. I really wonder how I am to handle such a big responsibility. I have not been in a leader's kind of place for a long time. I can lead a class room as a teacher but to lead a team as a team leader, I really wonder. Guess I have to change my personality yet again to suit the situation. But I will go with the flow.
Today is a slow day, everyone wasn't really in the mood of working, me included but since there are some cleaning up of data that needs to be done, I had to do it. I have quite a lot of outstanding from にさ that I need to follow up with. When you are taking over someone it is never easy unless you are starting afresh. Now that it is in the midst of everything, a lot of things are hanging and I have to handle the clean up. Just my luck I guess. T_T
In the afternoon attended a meeting and was kinda falling asleep in the room. The contents were too heavy for me to carry. Can't really keep up with the things that are going on. T_T
Went home tired. T_T Am very sleepy right now too. And tomorrow have to go for a medical check-up so have to tuck in early.
