On Saturday my family and I went visiting for Hari Raya.
We went out around 1 plus. We went to my bro's in-law's place first. I ate macaroni and laksa. It was nice. There were chicken wings and fishballs too.
Then we went off to Johor. Lucky there was no congestion at the check point. Smooth ride. Yeah!
The roads there seems like a roller coaster ride. It was so confusing and if you miss your exit, you gotta drive quite a distance to make a U-turn on a bridge specially made for it.
We made 2 such turns. Ha ha ha. It was kinda fun. We made it safely at my uncle's place where we eat again. Hee hee. Fried noodles. Yum!
Then we made our way to my dad's god-family's place. That's when I took the pictures above. The sun was setting and it seems like a nice scene. By the time we reached it was dusk. We ate dinner there. We had chicken soup with bread, BBQ chicken and prawns. It was delicious. It's been a while since I had anything BBQ-ed.
We went home after saying our goodbye. Going there after so long is really a nostalgic memory. Once again there was no congestion at the check point and we reached home safely. Sleep!
The next day, we went to my uncle's open house for Hari Raya. We spent a good 3 hours there. I didn't even realise it. Hee hee. Good food.
We went to my cousin's place. His wife just gave birth to a baby boy. So cute!
We went home after that. We were supposed to go to my aunt's place but I was too tired. So only my mom and dad went. Sleep!
